easiest way possible. The mounted strong-jaw metal clamp securely
holds your catch so it won’t move around when being worked on. And
with the fish clamped in place, both your hands are free to clean
and cut properly and safely. The food-grade HDPE plastic surface is
durable, easy to clean and more sanitary than wooden fillet boards.
The metal clamp also comes with a built-in sharpening stone so you
can sharpen your knife on the spot.
