Quality sawdust is the key source to a tasty smoked meal. This
sawdust is ideal for short or long smoking. It smolders rather than
burns, which produces smoke slowly over a longer time, and with
less heat.

Available favours:
- Manuka Wood Chips – great for smoking any
fish. - Pohutukawa Sawdust – has a great flavour and
colour. It is clean dry and from dead salvage trees only. - Oakwine Sawdust – gives a very winey, very
aromatic smell and flavour. The sawdust is made from imported
French and American Oak wine barrels. - Gold Sawdust – comes in sealed bags, weighs
3kgs each bag. Well recommended.
