be connected between the float and the floatline. It’s done to give
that extra help when fighting a large fish. When you have shot your
target, the fish may swim at high speed with a burst of power so
instead of putting strain on your floatline and losing your catch,
the bungee will provide a strong bounce and braking action to
ensure the fish will not rip itself from the spear. It’s a great
way to make sure you won’t lose your catch and your speargun.
